EZ’s electric power steering system mounts completely under the dash and is invisible once installed. No hydraulic pumps, hoses or other visible components are required. This keeps both the interior and engine compartment original in appearance.

Thanks to electric assistance, the TR3 steers significantly lighter at low speeds and during parking maneuvers. At higher speeds, the car retains its familiar steering feel and driving experience. Note: With this modification, the turn signal and horn controls on the steering wheel will continue to function, but they will rotate with the steering wheel after the modification. In practice, this isn’t a problem, because the turn signal is turned on before a turn and turned off again after a turn. In both cases, the steering wheel is in the straight-ahead position.
