You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the product without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once the product is received by EZ Power Steering, you will be refunded the full invoice amount, including shipping costs, provided the box and parts are in good condition. EZ Power Steering is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, such as import duties, assembly and disassembly costs or any other damages, liabilities or fines. The maximum refund is the amount stated on the invoice. The cost of returning the product from your home to our online store is at your own expense. This cost will be similar to the shipping charges on the invoice; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product – if reasonably possible – must be returned to EZ Power Steering in its original condition and packaging and with all delivered parts. To exercise this right, please complete the withdrawal form and contact us at info@ezpowersteering.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good order. If the product and/or packaging has been damaged more than necessary, we may pass this depreciation on to you, which may be up to 25% if we have to repackage and repaint the parts. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and make sure it is packaged properly when returning it, so that you receive a full refund.
